“Boy, there’s a lot I would tell myself.
Thus, a related piece of advice for her younger self would be to listen to that inner voice.
“I would say, ‘When that girl starts talking, you listen.
You don’t invalidate those feelings.
Don’t cast those needs aside for anybody else.
