One of the great things about it is that it’s possible for you to do it yourself.
Choose a quiet room where you’ve got the option to be alone.

Make a note of the level before you dive in.
Say your self-acceptance statement out loud three times as you tap beneath your pinky.
If it hasn’t, repeat the sequence until it does.
