In an interview withEntertainment Tonight, the returning cast touched on Jennette McCurdy’sdecision not to appear in the reboot.
“We all really wanted Jennette to be a part of the show in real life.
But she’sjust doing other thingsand we’re really happy for her,” Miranda Cosgrove told the outlet.
She went on to say that there’s no love lost between their on-screen counterparts either.
“Carly very much still loves Sam and always will.”
