PerNetflix, the “gripping docuseries follows the ups and downs of Navarro College’s competitive cheer squad.”
Take Maddy Brum, for example, who is a fan favorite on “Cheer” for a reason.
The consistency and routine turned her into one heck of a cheerleader as well.

That must be true because her cheerleading career didn’t stop after the Netflix show.
Here’s what she’s been up to since Season 2 ended.
According to an Instagram post,Maddy Brum is cheering for Texas Techin the 2022-2023 school year.

Before you go calling her a traitor, know that she left Navarro College for a reason.
According to Navarro coach Monica Aldama, cheerleaders only get three years of eligibility at Navarro.
“The way cheer works is a little bit different.

“They don’t use their eligibility unless they actually compete.”
That means that Brum will likely only be at Texas Tech for three years.
AsBustlereports, she was at Navarro for two years, which leaves three years of eligibility left.

“I will be doing the tour to the best of my ability for the next few shows.
Before her big return to college cheerleading, Maddy Brum is participating in the Cheer Live tour.
The event features 22 “Cheer” stars bringing their all tovenues across the country.

Per the site, performances aren’t scored.
Basically, this girl’s entire life revolves around cheer.
Unlike school cheerleading, All-Star teams do not have set years of eligibility.

Needless to say, Brum is not looking to give up cheerleading any time soon.
That makes for a solid ending to Brum’s career as a Navarro cheerleader.
“Saying goodbye is never easy,” Brum wrote in anInstagramcaption after the team’s 15th win.
“But this is probably the hardest one.
Everything about this program had my heart from the second I signed.
Navarro cheer 21-22, Thank you for making my dreams come true!”
