“One thing Alexis learned from that was how to cook,” she said.
“She’s a phenomenal cook and baker.”
It seems Martha gets a lot of cooking inspiration from her daughter.
Still, Alexis might not have lost too much on the deal.
According to public records cited byCityRealty, she forked over around $35 million for the West Village property.
What she did lose, though, is living space.
